Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are cropped in your browser and the new PDF is saved to your device.
How do I set the crop area?
Drag the four bars on the picture of the first page, pick a preset, or type the margins in percent. The shaded part is cut off.
Is the cut-off part really gone?
It is hidden and not printed, but the data can stay inside the file. If something sensitive is in the cut-off part, use a redaction tool or flatten the pages into pictures.
Can I crop only some pages?
Yes. Choose all pages, odd or even pages or type the pages. The same margins are used for each of them.
Is the cropped part gone for good?
The page is shown smaller, but the cut-off part may still be inside the file. If you need it to be gone, run the result through Flatten PDF with the picture option.
