How to put several PDF pages on one sheet
Drop your PDF in the box, choose how many pages go on each sheet and the paper size, and press Make sheets. For a folded booklet, switch on Booklet for printing and print double-sided.
Common mistakes
- Too many pages per sheet: with 9 pages the text can become too small to read. Try 4.
- Printing a booklet on one side only: print double-sided and flip on the short edge.
- A margin plus gap that leaves no room: make them smaller.
- A PDF with a password: remove the password first, the tool cannot open it.
